In-Store Pickup Policy at The Rosarium
Thank you for shopping with us! We are pleased to offer in-store pickup for your online orders. Please review our policy below for a smooth and convenient pickup experience:
1. Pickup Location
All in-store pickups must be made at our boutique location:
408 Washington St SE, Olympia, WA 98504 during regular business hours.
2. Pickup Notification
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email or text notification. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the store.
Orders typically take 1-3 days to process.
We will notify you once your order is prepared and available for pickup.
3. Pickup Hours
You can pick up your order during the following times:
Thursday – Sunday 12-5pm
Please ensure you arrive during these hours for a smooth pickup.
4. Identification Requirements
To pick up your order, please bring the following:
The order confirmation email or text (physical or digital copy).
A valid photo ID (matching the name on the order).
If someone else is picking up your order, they must have a copy of the order confirmation and their own ID and you must notify us of the persons name who will be picking up your order prior to pickup.
5. Order Hold Time
Your order will be held for 7 days from the time you receive the pickup notification. After this period, the order will be canceled, and a refund less a 20% restocking fee and any transaction fees will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Change of Pickup Person
If someone other than the original purchaser is picking up the order, please notify us ahead of time by emailing catamara@rosariumblends.com.
7. Returns & Exchanges
All in-store pickup orders follow the same return/exchange policy as in-store and online purchases.
