One of the moons was broken off. Not packed very well.

Hi Karen,
The shelf was packed fine.I asked you to send me a photo so I could see what the issue was as the message received was just that it was broken and not packed well. Sadly, this is actually a manufacturing defect that we have found w/ some of the shelves and the screw holes not holding the screws properly which is partially why they are priced to move. Though I thought I had removed the ones with this issue from the inventory. I am happy to reimburse you for the shelf. I wish you would have just sent me a photo and more info as requested.
