If for any reason the item you ordered has a defect or is damaged upon arrival, Rosarium Blends will replace it free of charge.
If there is extensive damage that appears to have occurred during shipping. Please photograph the package upon arrival as well as the damaged items. Send email w/ photos and description of damage to catamara@rosariumblends.com
In the event that you accidentally make an order or have buyers remorse and change your mind before your order has been shipped I will refund your money less a 20% restocking fee and any transaction fees.
